CANCELLATION POLICY

All NO CALL- NO SHOW appointments will be f 100% NON Refundable deposit fee within 24 Hours of the scheduled appointment. I value your time please value mine. If you need to cancel your appointment you have a 48 hour period to do so in order not to loose your deposit. Same day cancellations will loose deposit. If you do not confirm your appointment it does not mean your appointment is cancelled, I will personally call or text you in order to confirm your appointment, if you do not answer the phone or reply to my text message I will cancel your appointment and book the next person on my waiting list.
